Supper Club

Supper Club.


The theme was comfort food. They made brisket and Lasagna, they said those didn't go together, so I went with that. Karyn shucked the oysters, I made an onion vinegar sauce, some smoked Pheasant and goose with apricot date chutney, and some salmon pate...



The oysters were not a hit, but Karyn and I enjoyed them. The pate was enjoyed, but everyone didn't want to fill up.

Sunday I made oysters Rockefeller. MMMM good.
