The Sunday after Tour.... Tucker and I headed downtown to watch some of the ProCycling Challenge. This was after I raced a 5K on Saturday... Woof&Wag - I did NOT have a dog with me but everyone else did. This was my first race since Ironman Wisconsin 2011. It was awesome to do it but it hurt a bit.
So the following morning, I woke up and did the Retro Run at my home lake (.5 mi from the house and where I run almost every trek out of the house). It was, um, interesting and I ditched out of it early and headed home as it was HOT and they had NO water. Here are the sights to be seen....
Then we were off to brunch with Christine! And then on our bikes and off to downtown to watch the ProCycling Challenge - where we ran into Zyler and Melissa! I heard 'Go Red Rider' and then we were in a Team Tent enjoying the complimentary beverages and food!
