So, last weekend was Camp WILD (6/3-6/6) - with gals from all over the country that, like me, have diabetes and LOVE to push their limits with exercise! We cycled.... and ran and swam!
And after 2 days of drills and lectures, we put it all together and completed a Sprint Triathlon - 800m swim (1/2 mile), 17 mile bicycle ride and 5Km (3.1 mile) run! We sure look happy that it's over!
Then life got interesting and we decided to go to Tucker's niece's courthouse wedding ceremony... We were talking about it on Thursday evening and Tucker had a hotel and plane reservations Friday at 11am and we flew out on Saturday morning at 6 am! But as long as we're going to Chicago.... why not take advantage and see my WILD gals?!?!?
So, Frontier charges more for frequent flyer miles starting tomorrow so we have a trip to San Fransisco and one to Washington D.C. on the books - and there are WILD gals in both those places as well - just wait for Miss KarynB to come calling!!!
